First time selling our home, I was very unsure what to expect and who to use . I did some google research and also some phoning around and OA Chapman came out on top!
I gave them a call and spoke to a lovely lady in reception, who confirmed a rough price and explained someone would come back to me with a date and time .
Fred called me back and we had a lengthy chat on the phone and agreed on a date and time .
On the day Fred arrived precisely and we had a very good chat before any surveying commenced.
I would like to say from the reception staff to Fred my experience was excellent and very easy as a first time seller.
I would hands down use OA Chapman and would recommend them to anyone, I had previously spoke to other companies and didn’t feel anywhere as comfortable as I did with Fred and his team.

Excellent experience after asking O A Chapmen to do a survey: they carried it out professionally and thoroughly and within a few days, even though they were very busy at the time, as we had asked if it could be done asap. They also sent on to us afterwards a lot of extra photos, as we’d asked about a couple of points we didn’t understand, along with very clear and thorough explanations. We then had a query to do with a nearby environmental question and we asked Chapman if they could advise, even though it was totally outside their original survey remit and not directly related to the work they’d done: once again, they were hugely obliging, with very sensible and helpful advice (and time) provided gratis. We also later asked if they could recommend anyone to carry out some work for us and again, they were very helpful: highly recommended company, would/will definitely use again!
